Requests to delete or close an account with Russell Country FCU requires that you notify us one of the following ways:

  • By mailing your request to:
    • Russell Country FCU, PO Box 2605, Great Falls, MT 59403
  • By e-mailing us at support@russellcountryfcu.com
  • In person at one of our branch office locations

Once an account has been closed, you will no longer be able to access any information online about your account. Archived statements will be available for 7 years from the date of account closure by written request to the credit union.
