Lost or Stolen ATM or Debit Cards

If you have had your ATM or DEBIT CARD lost or stolen and are unable to contact the Credit Union please call 1-800-535-8440. This number is available on weekends, evenings and holidays.
Some helpful hints when you have an ATM or DEBIT CARD...
- SIGN your card! Then if it is stolen the thief cannot sign it to make it look authentic! It will be harder for them to copy your signature.
- Make a copy of the front and back of your card and keep in a safe place. This photocopy can be used for disputes and fraud protection.
- Know who you are talking to or be sure of an internet company when giving out your ATM or DEBIT card information for ordering.
