It's time to go paperless! Russell Country's E-Statement has the same look and feel of our regular paper statement, but it's online, AND it's ready for viewing the first day of the following month so there's no more waiting for your paper statement to arrive in the mail. Most identity theft occurs when thieves obtain information on paper by digging through trash cans or stealing from mailboxes. E-Statements are secure and convenient.
Keep track of your account with E-Alerts. An E-Alert allows you to select and personalize the types of account alerts you choose to receive. You can ask to be notified, when a checking account balance hits $100, when a specific transaction has cleared, or when a payroll check is deposited. Our E-Alerts can be sent via email or text message.
Having your payroll direct deposited to your Russell Country share draft or savings account is simple, safe, and convenient. In our fast paced "get it done quickly" world, direct deposit eliminates the need to make a special trip to the credit union to deposit your check, giving you a little extra time for yourself.
Paying bills online is one of the biggest time-savers available on online banking. You enter the account information for the bills to pay, then pay your bills with a mouse click. You also have the option of setting up automated payments to handle recurring bills, such as insurance premiums or utility bills. Paying bills online cuts costs; you'll purchase fewer paper checks, as well as eliminate the need for stamps and envelopes.
