- "NOW" for account balance information on Shares, Share Checking, Certificates, IRA's and Loans.
- "NOW" for cleared checks, deposits, and withdrawal information.
- "NOW" for interest and dividend information.
- "NOW" for loan payment and payoff information.
- "NOW" for tax information.
- "NOW" to transfer funds from share to checking or checking to shares within the same account number or to another member's account.
- "NOW" to make payments by transferring funds from a share or share checking within the same account number.
- "NOW" to withdraw funds by requesting a check for yourself or to a preauthorized payee. (Payee must be set up with the credit union prior to requesting checks.)

- Use a touch tone telephone.
- Enter your account number and the first two initials of your last name followed by the"#" sign.
- You will then be asked to enter your password followed by the "#" sign. This will take you into the menu to perform the transactions and inquires you wish
- Use the "*" key on your phone pad to escape from options and end your call.
- When entering dollar amounts, do not enter a decimal. Example: $51.25 should be entered as 5125
- Enter days in the format MMDDYY. Example: July 5, 1995 should be entered as 070595.
- Pressing the asterisk "*" key will cancel your request.
- To End your call, continue to press the "*" Key until CALL "NOW" says "Good-Bye".
HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PERSONAL PASSWORD AVAILABLE. YOU CAN NOT ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT THEM.
